Colleges and universities have facilities for students, faculty, administration, and maintenance crews that typically include dormatories, cafeterias, gyms, libraries, and athletic departments. Furthemore, schools that house swimming pools typically have large electrical and thermal loads. These loads are attractive applications for fuel cells to serve both the electrical and thermal requirments. In the event of a grid power failure, educational institutions may be used as emergency shelters. Schools may also use fuel cells as an educational learning opportunity.

Webinar participants will learn about the technical and economic advantages of using fuel cell technologies as a solution for providing reliable, resilient power to educational facilities, such as colleges, universities, and high schools.

This webinar series is a presentation of Clean Energy Group's Resilient Power Project and the Northeast Electrochemical Energy Storage Cluster (NEESC). For more information, please visit www.resilient-power.org and www.neesc.org.
